ARBYTE Technica Support TS Standart is an extanded remote support. It is made with the help of phone and e-mail during working days except of official holidays and days-off, from 8:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. MSK. ARBYTE Technical Support TS Advanced is extanded remote support and services at the customers territory. It's around-the-clock service for phone calls and e-mail registration and if needed engineer comes to the customer in Moscow region.
